O is for...Observation

 

As I was thinking of what to write for this month’s newsletter, O is for Ouch came to mind. The reason? An unfortunate family matter that is still niggling at me. Katie suggested I leave the unpleasant experience behind and consider O is for...Opportunity or Optimism. Then Charlotte came up with O is for...Observation “because observation is an integral part of reading body language as well as persuading and influencing others.” Where would I be without my great team?!
